Wayzata Investment Partners,KCA Deutag and Marlin Offshore have announced the formation of a joint venture entity-Marlin Offshore International(Moil)-and its purchase from Transocean of four tender assist drilling rigs,the WD Kent,Charley Graves,Searex IX and Searex X.
