Premium support for five Pearl wells

Premium Drilling has facilitated lucrative agreements for two newbuild KFels Class B jackups now under construction in Singapore.In Indonesia,Sinvest has agreed to a letter of intent with Pearl Oil(Sebuku)for five offshore wells to be drilled by Deep Driller-3 in the Sebuku PSC and other Pearl PSC blocks in the country.The approximate six-month contract,valued at 41 million,is to begin in 4Q 2006 upon rig delivery.
