Sabic Innovative Plastics invests in new facilities

To meet customer needs, Sabic Innovative Plastics has increased the capacity at its production site in Pudong, Shanghai with a plant that houses four compounding lines to produce resins for the automotive and electrical and sector. The new compounding facility is the first Sabic Innovative Plastics site that employs a lean manufacturing design to allow for the production of small lot orders and the flexibility to change production very quickly.
