Agility, formerly PWC Logistics, has signed an agreement to acquire two logistics companies in Singapore, Synergy Shipping and Synergy Logistics, which specialise in the transportation of oilfield tubulars and related exploration and drilling equipment, as well as providing a broad range of international freight forwarding services between Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the US.
