Dutch multinational oilfield services company Fugro has acquired Rovtech of Aberdeen,Scotland,paying 3i 64.6 million and renaming it Fugro-Rovtech.Rovtech,a provider of remotely operated vehicle(ROV)services specialising in oil and gas industry inspection,repair and maintenance(IRM)work,operates 34 ROVs in the North Sea,the Caspian Sea and Southeast Asia.
