Santos finds way to Tipperary...

Australian independent Santos has completed a merger agreement to acquire the Tipperary Corporation,as well as Slough Estates USA's 10% interest in Tipperary Oil & Gas Australia.The acquisition will provide Santos with an approximate 75% operated working interest in the producing Fairview Coal Seam Methane(CSM)field,located north of Roma in Queensland.
