Mitsui Chemicals President & CEO, Tsutomu Tannowa held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new plant (2000t/yr) within the Omuta Works, Omuta City Kyushu, Japan to manufacture its new and advanced polyurethane elastomer, Fortimo and the polyiso-cyanate, Stabio. The plant is scheduled for commercial operation in August 2016.
