Tag targets oil shale

Tag Oil has been awarded 100% interest in a 61,900 acre extension to their New Zealand PEP 38349 permit, located in the southern portion of the onshore East Coast Basin, on the east coast of North Island, increasing the holding to 1,695,266 acres. This brings the company's total exploration area within the oil shale prospective basin to nearly 2,400,000 acres.
