Australian independent Roc Oil continues to bolster its offshore productive capacity.In Bohai Bay,the company has agreed to acquire a 24.5% operated interest in the Zhao Dong Block for 260 million in cash by way of the purchase of 100% of the shares of Apache China Corporation.Gross block production from two producing fields is in the order of 30,000bop/d with remaining 2P reserves estimated at 61mmbo.
