EXXONMOBIL CORPORATION AND Pertamina have reached agreement in principle to settle their four-year dispute over development of the oil bearing Cepu block,located on the border between Central and East Java.The two sides have agreed on a 45:45 participating interest for the Cepu Block with a 10% stake for the local admini-strations where the oil fields are located.
