The two Dutch foundations which represent the interests of the former shareholders of Yukos Oil have confirmed that any ongoing litigation between Yukos and Russia’s Rosneft will cease as a settlement has been reached. “The terms of the settlement are confidential. Yukos can confirm that the settlement applies to all jurisdictions. The settlement between Yukos and Rosneft has immediate effect,” Yukos said.
