摘要

In azuki bean epicotyl sections, 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile inhibited cellulose synthesis but showed no effect on the synthesis of non-cellulose wall materials and trichloroacetic-acid-insoluble cytoplasmic substances. Dichlorobenzonitrile reversed gibberellin promotion and kinetin inhibition of auxin-induced epicotyl elongation without affecting auxin-induced elongation, itself.
