Tne COVID-19 pandemic figures has left air force displays on a holding pattern throughout the world. The USAF A-10 Demonstration Team is no exception and has suffered drastic cuts to its programme schedule. But now it's back.Falling under Air Combat Command (ACC), the team exists to wow crowds with unique precision aerial manoeuvres, stunning displays of firepower and breathtaking flying, while exhibiting the professional qualities of the personnel tha fly, maintain, and support the jets. With four displays in the US planned for July - ranging from Dubuque, Iowa and Racine in Wisconsin to Johnson City in New York - this year's season only began in March, but by the end of May the team had flown ten demos across the US.
