US-listed Far East Energy Corp has managed a continued rise in gas production from the Shouyang Block coalbed methane (CBM) Production Sharing Contract (PSC) in Shanxi Province, China. Gas production at Shouyang for 29 December 2013 reached 1.57 MMcf/d (44.48 Mcm/d), up 11% from 20 December and up 113% from the 738 Mcf/d (20.91 Mcm/d) produced during the week ended 12 November.
