The Argentine animal and plant health inspection service, the Senasa, has issued two regulations covering agricultural use biological products. Resolution 1004/2023 covers the approval of commercially developed biological inputs, while Resolution 1003/2023 covers the registration of commercial small scale “biopreparations” through family farms or “micro-SMEs”. The former has been published this week in the official gazette. The latter will be issued later this week.
