Senex’s Cooper Basin progress

Senex Energy has reported strong progress with its projects in Australia’s Cooper Basin. The operator has strengthened its producing revenue base with the start of production from the recently discovered Martlet oil field in the Western Flank of the Cooper Basin. The field lies in PEL 104 (Senex 60% and operator, Beach Energy 40%). The Martlet-1 well flow tested at the equivalent of 5,149 b/d of fluid and 2,596 b/d of oil from the target Namur reservoir on a short term test.
