China’s state-owned Sinopec has raised US $5 Bn from the largest offering of dollar-denominated notes by an Asian issuer in more than 10 years. The operator sold notes with three, five and 10-year maturities, which Bloomberg reported matched the amount issued in November 2003 by Hutchison Whampoa.
