Nido buys into Philippines field

Nido Petroleum and Otto Energy have sealed a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) whereby Nido will acquire 100% of the shares in Galoc Production Co (GPC), which is the holder of Otto’s 33% stake in the Galoc oil field in Service Contract 14C1 (SC 14C1) offshore the Philippines.
