Two types of water-soluble chlorophyll proteins were isolated fromLepidium virginicumL. grown in Japan. The protein isolated from the leaves (CP663L) had a low chlorophylla/bratio (1.5–1.7), and that from the stems (CP663S) had a high ratio (3.4–3.5).
