Range bias in borowiec satellite laser ranging system

The paper reports results of determination of the range bias of the satellite laser ranging system in Borowiec (7811). The range bias was determined from the observations of LAGEOS-1 and LAGEOS-2 satellites by Borowiec SLR analysis group. The results were compared with the range bias determination from four analysis centres. Significant differences in range bias, exceeding 2 cm, were found between the centres considered. Analysis of the results obtained in Borowiec revealed significant systematic deviations in the years 1998 and 1999, in the other years analysed no significant deviations were detected.
