Moscow—Russia’s daily crude and condensate output remained broadly flat on the month at 10.95 million b/d in July, while exports fell 1.2% month-on-month to 4.658 million b/d, according to preliminary data released Wednesday. Russia produced 46.309 million mt of crude oil in July, up 0.6% on the year, data from the Central Dispatching Unit, the statistical arm of the energy ministry, showed. Crude output in July was down 297,000 b/d from October 2016, slightly below Russia’s commitment under the OPEC/non-OPEC deal to reduce production by 300,000 b/d, according to S&P Global Platts calculations based on the widely used 7.33 coefficient.
