Continuing the uptrend from the previous day, ERCOT spot prices trended up double digits on the Intercontinental Exchange for Feb. 18 delivery. Higher prices came as Dallas high temperatures for Feb. 18 fell to 11 degrees below average at 54 degrees Fahrenheit, according to CustomWeather. ERCOT North Hub real-time on-peak sloped about $13 higher to trade around $44/MWh. The off-peak contract saw larger spikes, up $19.50 at $32.50/MWh.
