The Class 1 REC V22 and V23 wereassessed at $27/REC and $30.25/REC, respectively, and the Class 2V22 REC price ticked up $4.50 to be assessed at $11.25/REC.Renewable Penetration and REC pricesPenetration Index, in the PJM Interconnection region, solar electricitypenetration was at 1.21% on July 6 during on-peak hours, and windpenetration was at 1.05% and 3.10% during on-peak and off-peakhours, respectively. By contract, wind penetration in the ElectricReliability Council of Texas was at 18.39% and 29.80% during on-peakand off-peak hours, with solar at 8.07% during on-peak hours.
