Poor infrastructure but great potential for growth

The abysmally low level of infrastructure development and poor per capita consumption of polymers in India are, admittedly, no cause for celebration. However, the upside of this bleak scenario is that it holds an immense potential for the future growth of polymer consumption in the country.
