17 June.Huntsman said it was planning a merger of Huntsman LLC (HLLC) with Huntsman International LLC (HI) to reduce financing costs and simplify reporting procedures.In a statement,Huntsman said HLLC and HI were direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiaries.They were financed as separate entities and had separate US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting obligations.
