Tariff blow for Indon C3 makers

Indonesian propylene producers have lost the battle-for the time being - to keep C3 import tariffs at 10%. The country has followed five of the Asean Six in lowering the rates of all of its tariffs under the Association of Southeast Asian Nation's (Asean) Common Effecive Preferential Tariff (Cept) Scheme to 0 to 5% on 1 January.
