Zhejiang Juhua Co plans to build a 120 000 tonne/year poly vinyl chloride(PVC)plant in Quzhou,Zhejiang,China,according to a company source.The company's board of directors has approved the project.The source said Juhua had sought the Chinese government's approval for the project's environmental assessment.He added that the start-up date for the project would be firmed up once that approval was obtained.
