BASF and dow re-start plants untouched by hurricane rita

BASF and dow chemical said their Texas and Louisiana plants that were unscathed by Hurricane Rita would re-start operations on 26 September.But the companies warned that the restarts could be hampered by fuel gas,feedstock,and logistics issues.
