EU TO CHECK PHTHALATES USE

The EU Council of Ministers has approved a directive that will restrict the use of some phtha-lates in toys and childcare articles,the council's secretariat said on 24 November.Ministers accepted all amendments passed by the European Parliament's second reading of the legislation.
