Court insists Inchon Oil lower its fee for adviser

INCHON Oil's search for a new financial adviser has been stymied by the Inchon District Court, which is insisting the company lower the fee it is prepared to pay the adviser. The company's previous adviser, Samil Accounting, was discharged after it completed drawing up a debt-restructuring and corporate reorganisation plant that was approved by the Seosan District Court on 25 March this year (ACN 23, June, p9).
