Will idea of Peni-Chandra Asri merger be revived?

Now that the Indika group has acquried PE producer Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo (Peni) for USus50m (see p6), the queston is: Will it revive the idea of a merger with olefin producer Chandra Asri? Peni's shareholders-BP (75%), Sumitomo (12.5%) and Mitsui (12.5%) -decided to sell all their shares thorugh open bidding early this year.
