Shenyang starts construction

SHENYANG Wax Paraffin Chemical has started building its 130 000 tonne/year acrylic acid/acrylates facility in Shenyang,Liaoning,China,said a company source.He said work started last month,with start-up slated for August-October 2006.The project will use Mitsubishi Chemical's technology(ACN 24 April 2004).
