THE CHINESE government's push to revitalise industries in northeastern China is seeing results.Four cracker projects in Liaoning province,which will add 3.1m tonne/year of eth-ylene capacity,are in the pipeline.Three of the projects are new-builds,while the fourth is an expansion.
