Showa Denko(SDK)said the European Court Decided on 29 April to impose a fine of Euro 10.4m(USdollar12.6m)on the compnay for its involvement in a graphite-electrode cartel in Europe.The decision was made in response ot SDK's apppeal against the European Commissioin's notice ot SDK in 2001.
