Japan's Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency (Nisa) has completed a review of the system of approved safety self-inspections for the country's petrochemical and refining plants,ACN was told.A source from the Ministry of Economy,Trade and Industry (Meti) said the review of the system and the related High-Pressure Gas Safety Law was completed towards the end of 2004.It was started sometime in mid-2004 (ACN 19 July 2004).
