Phytohormone-like small biomolecules for microalgal biotechnology

The application of phytohormone-like small biomolecules is effective in simultaneously improving the productivity of valuable microalgal biomass-derived metabolites and stress tolerance. This represents a significant opportunity for microalgal biotechnology.
