Chang Chun delays phenol-BPA

Chang Chun Petrochemical has delayed the start-up of its phenol-bisphenol A (BPA) project in Kaohsiung,Taiwan,to Q4 2004,a company official told ACN.Originally due onstream in early 2004,the project would now be mechanically ready in Q3 and start commercial production in Q4,the official said.
