Yizheng pushes back PTA plans

Yizheng Chemical Fibre has delayed the debottlenecking of its purified terephthalic acid(PTA)unit in Yizheng,Jiangsu,China,to Q4 this year,said a company source.The company had earlier planned to expand the 450 000 tonne/year plant to 530 000 tonne/year during a turnaround in Q3(ACNU April 2004).
