IOC looks to second cracker

Indian Oil Corp (IOC) is considering building a second cracker in India after its first cracker project takes off,a company source told ACN last week.The exact timing of the second cracker would depend on the demand growth for olefins and derivatives in the coming years.Another IOC source said the second cracker could start up 2-3 years after the first project.
