German producer of sanitary ware Grohe is set for a change of ownership. The current shareholders, investment funds TPG Capital and Credit Suisse, are looking for an exit strategy. They have appointed business bankers to make some offers, ranging from a sale to a public offering. Grohe came into the hands of its current owners in 2004, when they bought it from BC Partners for 1.5 billion euro. BC Partners had owned the company for five years.
