PLA-NET Holdings has again put on hold its plan for an initial public offering (IPO),a source close to the company told ACN.A company source had earlier said it had hoped to launch an IPO in 2004 (ACN 20 January 2003),and that it was also seeking a fourth partner.Pla-Net is the holding company formed by the 2001 merger of plastics businesses Nissho Iwai,Nichimen,and Chori.The merger of Nissho Iwai and Nichimen resulted in the formation of Sojitz Corp,and Pla-Net is now a subsidiary of Sojitz.
