Shanghai Sinopec Mitsui Chemical Co expects to receive final central government approval for its bisphenol-A (BPA) project in China within the next few days,a company official said.The company,a joint venture between Sinopec subsidiary Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical (SPG) and Japan's Mitsui,plans to build a 120 000 tonne/year BPA unit at the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park in Caojing,Shanghai.
