UOP for aromatics

EQUATE has selected UOP's technology for Its aromatics project in Shuaiba,Kuwait,said a source.The project will produce 760000 tonne/year of paraxylene and 325000 tonne/year of benzene,according to CNI,ACN's sister agency.Equate had set a mid-April deadline for the submission of bids,said the source; the result was likely to be announced shortly after.
