Charting a New Normal, through Resilience Plans and unflagging Commitment, in the Covid 19 pandemic times

As the country celebrates the 75th year of Independence marking it as Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, it is significant to cherish that Rail Vikas Nigam Limited, a Railway PSU had its conceptualization in the momentous announcement on 15th August 2002 by the then prime minister Bharat Ratna Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee for meeting the infrastructure deficit in the country. The National Rail Vikas Yojana (NRVY) was one of the 15 initiatives that marked a breakthrough model to spearhead the country's infrastructure development journey.
