UPC Technology Corp is considering building its third di-octyl phthalate (DOP) line in Zhuhai Harbour Industrial Zone,Guangdong,China,according to a company source.The source said the company would seek approval from its board of directors soon.The proposed line would take five to six months to build,and the company would like to start it up in August-September this year.
