New horizons and new products

Among the many products that have emanated from Degussa's R&D efforts are synthetically produced amino acids. Degussa's Feed Additives Business Unit is the world's only producer of all three key amino acids for animal feed: DL-Methionine, Biolys(r) (L-lysine) and L-Threonine. Other feed additives such as niacin, calcium formate, and Mepron(r), a rumen-stable methionine, round out the product range.
