OMAN Polypropylene (OPP) aims to complete the financial arrangements for its 340 000 tonne/year PP project in Sohar,Oman,at the end of Q1 or in early Q2 of 2004,said a company source.The USus200-250 project will be financed on a debt-to-equity ratio of 70:30.
