Namhae may relocate melamine to M'sia

NAMHAE Chemical is negotiating with Petronas ona 50:50 joint venture to operate a 15 000 tonne/year melamine plant, a source told ACN. The plant, in Yeochun, South Korea, may be relocted to Malaysia. Namhae shut the plant in February last year with the intentionof relocating it to a site with cheaper urea feedstock.
