For 20 years, AGA's Operations Best Practices Program has facilitated the sharing of information about the safest, most effective, and productive natural gas utility operating methods. During that time, it has continually evolved to meet our members' changing needs. When the program began in 1993, the primary focus was on best practices in distribution, with benchmarking initiatives on operations from the city gate station to the customer. But as our members' horizons expanded, so did Best Practices.
