Chronic Nonhematogenous Osteomyelitis Treated with Adjuvant C02Laser Sterilization: A Preliminary Report

ABSTRACTA CO2laser was used to sterilize wounds resulting from trauma injuries to bone on 12 sites in 11 patients. This treatment relieved chronic osteomyelitis and enabled most of the patients to function normally within 3 months of surgery.
